This switch is suitable for three-phase oil-immersed transformers with a rated voltage of 10 kV, operating at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and a maximum equipment voltage of 12 kV or lower, with a rated current of 400 A or less. By replacing the conventional copper–tungsten alloy with vacuum tubes to interrupt load currents, this switch addresses issues such as frequent switching, arcing‑induced contact erosion, and carbonization of the insulating oil, thereby enhancing both mechanical and electrical service life, extending maintenance intervals, and reducing maintenance costs.
The switch is applicable to three -phase oil-immersed transformer with AC 10kV, 50Hz or 60Hz, equipment highest voltage of 12kV and below and rated current of 400A and below. This switch uses vacuum tube to replace the traditional copper tungsten alloy to change the load current, so it solves the problems of frequent switch, burn out of arc contact, carbonization of insulating oil, then improves the mechanical and electrical life. The maintenance cycle is prolonged and the maintenance cost is reduced.
