WDT and WST Series No-Excitation Tap Changers (Strip Type)
WDT, WST Series de-energized Tap-changer (bar-form)

This switch consists of a switching section and an operating rotary mechanism. It is suitable for oil-immersed power transformers with rated frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz, maximum voltages of 40.5 kV or 126 kV, and rated currents ranging from 200 to 1500 A. The switch is mounted on the transformer tank or the tank cover and is used for tap changing under no‑excitation conditions.
This type of tap-changer is comprised by tap-changer body and operating mechanism. It is suitable for oil-immersed power transformer with frequency of 50、60Hz，highest voltage for equipment 40.5kV and 126kV，rated current from 200 to1 500A. The tap-changer is installed on tanking body and operating on tank cover ，they must be working under non-energized condition.
